Carolina Treet Barbecued Chicken Salad

4 barbecued chicken breasts (barbequed in Carolina Treet on the grill)
1 large dollop of mayonaise to taste

Slice chicken breasts and place in food processor two at a time. Process the chicken for 20 seconds, or until ground. Pour ground chicken into a bowl and add mayonnaise.

Serve on tomatoes or bread
