Before the increase, we were charging one price nationwide hoping that we would about break even on the freight since every state is a different amount. We analyzed our orders and found out that we were losing money on the majority or orders we shipped. We decided to tie in with UPS to figure the rates for all our orders. WE CHARGE EXACTLY WHAT UPS CHARGES US. WE DO NOT ADD ANYTHING TO THE FREIGHT CHARGED BY UPS. I understand that many customers are surprised at the amount of freight charged.
